Frequently Asked Questions about Rapid Transformational Therapy

Please reach us at info@khemilove.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Rapid Transformational Therapy, often called RTT, is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis, guided inner exploration, and powerful reframing techniques to help uncover the root of emotional patterns, beliefs, and behaviours.

Rather than only focusing on the surface issue, RTT explores where a belief may have first been formed, how it has shaped your life, and how it can be transformed into something more supportive, empowering, and aligned with who you are becoming.

RTT can support people who feel stuck in patterns such as overthinking, people pleasing, low self-worth, emotional exhaustion, fear, self-sabotage, confidence issues, money blocks, relationship patterns, and difficulty feeling safe within themselves.

Many of these patterns are not signs of weakness. They are often learned survival responses. RTT helps you understand the deeper emotional root so real change can begin from within.

My work blends RTT, nervous system awareness, self-discovery, and emotional healing. I do not believe healing is only about positive thinking or forcing yourself into a stronger mindset.

Your body, emotions, and nervous system all play a part in how safe you feel to change. My work helps you understand the deeper patterns beneath your reactions, so transformation feels more grounded, compassionate, and embodied.

No. You do not need to have everything figured out.

Many clients come with a feeling, pattern, or repeated experience they cannot fully explain. Part of the work is gently exploring what sits underneath the issue and helping you connect the dots in a way that brings clarity and relief.

An RTT session usually begins with a conversation about the issue you want to work on and the change you want to create. You are then guided into a relaxed hypnotic state, where we explore the root cause of the pattern or belief.

Once the deeper understanding is uncovered, we work with reframing, emotional release, and transformation. After the session, you receive a personalised recording to listen to, helping to reinforce the new beliefs and changes.

Yes. Hypnosis is not mind control. You remain aware, safe, and in control throughout the session.

The state of hypnosis used in RTT is a relaxed, focused state. Many people describe it as feeling calm, present, and deeply connected to themselves.

RTT is different from traditional counselling and coaching.

Counselling often explores your thoughts, feelings, and experiences through conversation. Coaching usually focuses on goals, action, and moving forward. RTT goes deeper into the subconscious mind to explore where certain patterns began and helps create change at the belief level.

My work may include elements of self-reflection, nervous system awareness, and integration, but RTT remains a distinct therapeutic method.

Because the body often reacts before the mind understands why.

Overthinking, shutting down, people pleasing, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, and feeling constantly “on” can all be linked to learned nervous system responses. When your body has learned survival, change can feel unsafe, even when your mind wants it.

Nervous system awareness helps you understand your reactions with compassion and create the safety needed for deeper healing.

The mother wound refers to emotional patterns that may develop from the relationship with the mother, mother figure, or the emotional environment you grew up in.

It can show up as low self-worth, guilt, shame, fear of being seen, overgiving, difficulty setting boundaries, people pleasing, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions.

Healing the mother wound is not about blame. It is about understanding how early emotional experiences shaped your sense of self, safety, love, and worth.

RTT can help explore the deeper beliefs and emotional patterns connected to money, self-worth, receiving, visibility, safety, and personal power.

Money patterns are not always practical. Sometimes they are emotional. You may know what to do, but still feel blocked, afraid, avoidant, or inconsistent. RTT helps uncover what your subconscious mind has linked to money, success, safety, and being seen.

After your session, integration is important. You will listen to your personalised transformation recording for the agreed period, usually daily, to help reinforce the new beliefs and identity shifts.

You may also be guided to use journaling, reflection, somatic practices, or creative exercises to support the process. This is where the new inner story begins to land in the body, not just the mind.

This depends on what you want to work on and the depth of support you need.

Some clients experience significant shifts from one RTT session. Others benefit from a deeper programme, especially when working with long-standing patterns around self-worth, relationships, money, emotional safety, or the mother wound.

During your initial conversation, we can explore what level of support feels most aligned.

Yes. Sessions and programmes can be delivered online, allowing you to experience the work from a private, comfortable space.

Online RTT can be just as powerful as in-person work, as long as you have a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and time to rest afterwards.

RTT may involve exploring earlier experiences, but you will be supported throughout the process. The aim is not to relive pain, but to understand, reframe, and release the meaning your mind and body attached to certain moments.

The focus is always on transformation, safety, and creating a new relationship with yourself.

No. My work is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

RTT, coaching, and nervous system-informed healing can be powerful complementary approaches for emotional wellbeing and personal transformation, but you should always seek medical advice for physical or mental health concerns that require clinical support.

This work may be right for you if you are ready to understand yourself more deeply, explore the root of repeated emotional patterns, and create change from a place of inner safety rather than pressure.

It is especially suited for people who are tired of only “thinking differently” and want to understand why their body, emotions, and subconscious mind keep responding in familiar ways.
