About Me
I’m Eve, creator of Khemi Love—a space born from my own journey of emotional healing for women, where I explored what happened to me, why I became disconnected from myself, and how to cultivate inner safety.
As a Rapid Transformational Therapy Professional, Reiki practitioner, nervous system educator, WILD Life Coach, intuitive abstract artist, mother, and a woman devoted to transformation, I have dedicated my life to helping others find their own path to healing.
For many years, I was searching for a safe place within myself without knowing how to express what was missing. I appeared capable, managing the responsibilities of everyday life, yet beneath that strength were beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns that I did not fully comprehend.
Motherhood became one of the deepest initiations of my life. When my eldest son was born, something within me awakened. His needs, emotions, and often-misunderstood behaviors challenged me, mirrored aspects of myself I had not yet met, and opened a doorway I could no longer ignore.
During that time, I often felt inadequate, unsupported, and overwhelmed. I was attempting to hold onto motherhood, relationships, and myself while quietly carrying the wounded parts of my being. I realized I needed more than surface-level change; I needed to delve into the roots of my experiences and how I lived.
This quest for understanding led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy. RTT supported my journey by helping me uncover the beliefs and emotional patterns that shaped my perception of self and the choices I made. It provided me the language for experiences I had struggled to articulate, propelling me toward self-trust, emotional freedom, and inner safety.
What began as a lifeline has become a core aspect of my purpose. My healing process also deepened through Reiki, which enhanced my nervous system regulation, and through art. Reiki invited me into the quieter layers of the body, energy, emotion, and spirit, while art gave form to feelings that words could not always encompass. Together, these practices taught me that transformation requires more than thought; it must be felt, received, and embodied.
Khemi Love has evolved from that lived experience.
It is one space, held through two women and explored through three enlightening conversations.
I am Eve—the woman who has lived the questions.
Sophia is the conduit through whom I speak—the high-functioning woman who appears capable on the outside but feels stuck and disconnected within.
The three conversations are:
What Happened to Eve?
She discovers the beliefs she inherited.
The Damsel in Distress
She recognizes the rescue story constructed by those beliefs and begins to understand why she has felt unable to progress.
The Ground Beneath Her
She ceases to organize her life around the need for external safety and begins creating a profound foundation within herself.
Each conversation serves as a unique doorway into the same return: understanding what shaped you, greeting your protective patterns with compassion, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
My work now weaves together guided self-discovery, nervous system capacity-building, and RTT. The journey begins gently, fostering the inner capacity needed before transitioning into deeper one-to-one work.
I do not believe you need more pressure, fixing, or judgment. True, lasting change begins when you can meet your past with compassion, understand what your patterns have been attempting to protect, and allow your mind and body to experience something new.
Khemi Love exists to aid women in returning to themselves—not as someone new, but as the woman who was always there, beneath the beliefs, expectations, and survival stories.
Thank you for being here.
With love,
Eve
